Cancellation & Refund policy
For online tutorials/study materials :
All our online courses/quizzes/study materials are created to help our learners finish the syllabus within a couple of days if watched continuously. Once a course is purchased on the website, learners get instant access to our premium tutorials and can start learning. Hence, we cannot provide a refund for the same. If you’re not sure about the tutorials please take some time and check out the topics/lessons we’ve covered, go through our sample free videos, testimonials/reviews and decide. With that said, we’re sure you’ll love our hard work behind creating these! Please note that though we are working on adding more tutorials on our platform, subscribing/enrolling for a course doesn’t guarantee a learner that a specific topic/lesson will be covered in the course within his/her subscription period.
For physical products:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
